About Stephanie Woollard

Stephanie’s contributions to social rights and justice are internationally acclaimed. At 22, she founded Seven Women with just $200, transforming the lives of over 5,000 marginalized Nepalese women by providing education, employment, and skills training.   

In 2015, Stephanie graduated with a Master’s in Peace and Conflict Research from Sweden’s prestigious Uppsala University, as a Rotary Foundation Peace Scholar.  Then in 2016, Stephanie was honoured with a Rotary International Responsible Business Award at the United Nations and an Order of Australia Medal (OAM).   

Stephanie’s book, From a Tin Shed to the United Nations, shares Steph’s incredible journey and how small acts of faith and kindness can change lives. 

Having built her charity and handed ownership of Seven Women over to the locals, Stephanie is now Curator of Half Time’s Emerging Leaders Program, that aims to unlock every individual’s leadership potential to make a difference in their own communities and work environments.

Stephanie is also National Spokesperson for Food 4 Thought a values based networking organisation, aiming to form over 2000 Australian Chapters.
